Los vol\u00famenes adicionales que sean solicitados por los comercializadores deben ser suplidos con producto importado, el cual puede ser adquirido directamente por los mayoristas o por Ecopetrol.<\/li>\n<li>En los meses precedentes las ofertas por parte de Ecopetrol y las solicitudes de los distribuidores mayoristas fueron las siguientes:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table lo ofrecido por Ecopetrol es inferior a sus requerimientos, sin embargo, desde el 2022 no se reciben confirmaci\u00f3n de compra de jet importado de ninguno de los mayoristas.<\/li>\n<li>Ecopetrol desconoce las condiciones y t\u00e9rminos de los acuerdos comerciales entre los distribuidores mayoristas y las aerol\u00edneas, es el distribuidor mayorista quien tiene que honrar las obligaciones acordadas entre ellos.<\/li>\n<li>Particularmente frente a las declaraciones de Terpel nos permitimos confirmar las solicitudes y cantidades comprometidas durante los meses precedentes, reiterando que hemos cumplido por encima del 95% todos los meses que es lo que consagra el contrato suscrito entre Ecopetrol y Terpel para el suministro de jet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table style=\"height:
